How we collect, use and protect information when you use gtmnext.com, the free AI visibility check and our services.
Draft for review. Last updated [date].
Who we are
GTMnext is a brand of Wave Representatives, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“GTMnext,” “we,” “us”). Questions about this policy: use our contact form.
What we collect
- When you run the free check: the website domain you enter, and, if you ask for the full snapshot, your work email and anything you add (what your company sells, who buys it, a competitor’s name).
- About the domain you check: public information only. We read the site’s public pages and the tools it uses, the company’s public profile pages (such as its LinkedIn company page), and the answers public AI engines give to buyer questions about its category. This is information about a company, not about you.
- When you contact us: your name, work email, company website, role, company size, what you need, and any message you write.
- When you browse: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser, pages viewed and links clicked, collected with cookies and similar tools (see Cookies below).
How we use it
- To run the free check and email you the results you asked for.
- To reply to you, schedule calls, scope and deliver our services.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To protect the free check from abuse (for example, limiting how many checks one address or network can run).
- To send you marketing email only if you opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our service for us, such as website hosting (Webflow), our CRM and email (HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics), the AI search data provider that runs free-check questions [ZeroRank], the data provider for public company profiles [Apify], and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Partners whose tools we recommend, at your request. If you ask us for the best deal the vendor will give or an introduction, we share your contact details and the request with that partner so they can respond. Their privacy policy then applies.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Cookies
We and our providers use cookies for site function, analytics and, with your consent where required, marketing. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner, and change your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep it
Free-check results are kept for [30 days] so a repeat check of the same domain can reuse them. Contact and CRM records are kept while we have a business relationship or a legitimate reason, then deleted or anonymized. [Confirm retention periods.]
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To make a request, use our contact form and choose “Not sure yet”. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have further rights, and we will honor them as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and aren’t directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We’ll post any changes here and update the date above. If a change meaningfully reduces your rights, we’ll tell you before it takes effect.
